The Eleven Minute Cigarette
There’s something to think about the next time you reach for that pack of cigarettes,
according to the statisticians in an article published in the British medical
journal in the year 2000, each cigarette that you smoke results in a loss of 11
minutes from your life expectancy. That is 220 minutes, or nearly 4
hours, for every pack. 1 pack a day for a year, and that is 1,320 hours
off your life expectancy. Do the math, and drop the habit!!!
